First Day of Fall...

Summer is O-V-E-R. Say goodbye to the triple slip-n-slide and the long days. It's all over. We'll have to wait 'til next year for more summer fun.

But for today... you know what we'll be doing? After Charlie finishes with his 10am Ramen Noodle fix, we'll be going through the storage closet in search of all things fall. And that includes Halloween stuff too. A little too early, you say? And I say, "yeah, maybe. But oh well." We need fall colors, we need a wreath and holy moly we need pumpkins! And you better believe I'll take pictures of it all (that is, if I remember.)

Ahh it's in the air!!! The need for pumkins is spreading!! I am thinking I have caught it myself. I think it was the canning. It really was fun. Might have to do it again.

The other day I was thinking about that summer you and I spent on our bikes. "I want to ride my bicycle I want to ride my bike!" Those were the days. I wonder if Reuben still has that photo album we made for him. Summer rules and it is always sad to see it go. Sweet slip n slide.

I'm with you. Monday morning we woke up to chilly weather and I started thinking, where are my fall decorations. But now it's almost October so I need to go straight to Halloween decorations.

Fall is the most wonderful time of the year! I always jump the gun with the Halloween stuff. It's my favorite!
