Bats in the Belfry = Starling in the Attic
Please ignore our closet. It has nothing to do with this story. Besides, that's Brent's side anyway.
So, Brent went up there. He's so daring. It was just seconds 'til he saw it. A dead Starling. Poor thing got stuck up there. We can't figure out how he even got in. But it was all he could do to try to get out.
Birds: Please don't go in people's houses. It never ends well.
This thing was like 6" long! HUGE!Thanks for all of your concern and prayers (you were praying, right?)

I am glad that all is right with the Castagnetto house again. I guess that the bats will have to wait until Haloween. Ooooo scarey!! I personally I would have been freaking out. You (in my oppinion) stayed very calm!
We think you should have called Dwight K Schrute! Brent will have to do I guess. Glad to know there are no BATS in your home!
So glad that turned out ok. And that your husband is so brave.
That poor bird!! And you all getting scared to death. Makes a nice Halloween story. The way you told the story was so funny!!
We had to get a bird out of our dryer this morning!!! We thought of you.
